- To become a Subscribing Party to the MoU, the Associations will have to sign the declaration on the last page of the document " A Partnersmp in infornnation and commumcation technology". One signed copy of the document must be retuned to Mr. Delmas, CEC DG Xlll, 200 rue de la Loi B - 1049 Brussels.

- Each Subscribing Party will then receive a letter from the Commission in the support of the MoU. The signed document will be registered at the "6ø Bureau de l'enregistrement de BRUXELLES" by the Commission.

- In order to check the list of the Subscribing Parties each association is able to consult the MoU at the "6ø Bureau de l'enregistrement de BRUXELLES". The cost of this research is about 1200 BF.

- If a Subscribing Party wishes to withdraw from the MoU, it will have to inform in wnting all the Subscribing Parties and the Commission of its resignation. The declaration of withdrawal will be registered at the "6ø Bureau de l'enregistrement de BRUXELLES" by the Commission.

- The Commission will send the updated list of the Subscribing Parties twice a year.
